Our world is undergoing a massive technological transformation. Blockchain is a major technological invention of the last decade that creates unprecedented opportunities to re-think the way the world operates and interacts.

You have 38 hours to build a blockchain product from scratch, with 150 other participants.

The hackathon is open to all developers. Space is limited, and selection preference will be given to those with previous coding experience (demonstrated by commits to github or other repos); the entrance fee will be returned for those applicants not accepted. Participants will have the opportunity to work alone or in teams and will have access to blockchain and industry mentors throughout the weekend. On Sunday afternoon, all teams will present their final products to a panel of judges where the final winners will be selected.

1st prize: $5k
2nd prize: $3k
3rd prize: $1k
Bonus Prize: $15k  – as selected by Polychain Capital

In addition to the main cash prizes, we are also taking an appreciative approach and will be distributing prizes throughout the event.
